What does a typical yacht rental include?
Each rental comes with an experienced crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel, and some basic drinks. Specific amenities may vary between services—for example, evening cruises come with premium drinks and small bites, whereas business charters provide meeting amenities and specialized catering options.
When should I make my reservation?
To secure your booking, we suggest organizing it 2–3 weeks prior, particularly during the high season from May to September. For business gatherings or personal celebrations, aim for 4–6 weeks in advance for better availability and custom preparations.
What are the procedures for bad weather conditions?
Your safety is our main concern. In case of adverse weather as determined unsafe by our captain, we can either reschedule the charter to the earliest convenient date or initiate a full refund. We constantly track weather forecasts and will inform you should there be potential issues 24 hours before the set sail.
Is it acceptable to bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, bringing your personal provisions is allowed. Nonetheless, we also provide a superb selection of catering services with customizable menu choices. For safety, please be aware that glass containers are not allowed aboard.
Do your yachts cater to guests with mobility restrictions?

Can you tell me about your cancellation policy?
For cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure, a full refund will be provided. If you cancel between 24 to 72 hours before departure, a refund of 50% is offered. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure are non-refundable, except in circumstances of bad weather or mechanical problems on our side.
